This independent software company provide support and Implementation services to the largest property companies in the world. They provide consultancy services across Implementation, support and development of both Yardi Voyager and MRI Qube as well as all the add on products and modules.
They win their own customers, their own projects and provide full support contracts to clients with both Yardi and MRI software. This has allowed them to build an incredibly successful business with a strong support revenue stream that makes for a nice stable balance sheet.
THE JOB
And they are looking to grow by hiring a Lead consultant, who will be involved in:
managing and growing the team
Shaping the processes and procedures
Delivering consultancy
The software and project experience within the property management sector is vital.
You will be working on multiple projects with different clients, every day will be different and every project completely separate.

You will have that unusual combination of project manager, Professional Services Manager and functional consultant that comes together in this role.
The role is for a very experienced consultant with extensive MRI Property management experience and / Or Yardi experience. You will have worked on property management solutions either Yardi or MRI doing the full project lifecycle. You will have a very strong understanding of how property management companies work, what different departments do, what core functionality is and how to deliver enterprise wide property management solutions.
THE MARKET
They are focus on property software for Commercial/Retail and Industrial in the owner, operator and manager space of the property management market.
This role involves occasional travel to client sites but will be predominately based at home.
OBJECTIVE
The job will involve leading the consulting services team and having a hand in in shaping and driving the team going forward.
Creating processes and procedures for running a Professional Services team
Delivering great projects to you clients.
