In 2018, Jake celebrated 30 years in IT Recruitment, and he continues to do what he loves doing, working as a hands-on recruiter, and dealing with ERP, CRM, Accounting & Property Software clients and candidates on a daily basis. Most days Jake is at his desk from 7am through until 6pm with a couple of dog walks along the way. He is always upbeat, optimistic and motivated and is often known as 'Mr Happy'. "I love finding jobs for people, it is hugely rewarding, and every day is fantastic doing what I do. My knowledge of the mid-market space is so good that I regularly make a significant difference to both clients and candidates in their searches." Carolyn is always positive, disciplined and productive, and never gives up. Her phenomenal career began in 1981. By the age of 26, Carolyn was Managing Director of a 35 strong recruitment consultancy in London and featured in the Sunday Times Magazine as the first female MD of an IT Recruitment Company. She is a fabulous 'people person' and can research and source the best candidates for any role. She loves working in the SME sector, particularly with ERP, Property Management, Supply Chain and Construction solutions. "There is nothing I would rather do then find the perfect person for a job, and the perfect job for a person. Recruitment has been part of my life since the year dot, and I still love it" Carolyn is a fitness demon; she likes the gym, jazzercise, zumba, lifting weights, cross training, hiking, snorkelling and driving her 4x4 around the countryside, and loves the ocean and wildlife.
