This job is 3 days in the office 2 days at home is home based with two days in the office each week, so you need to be commutable to Hemel
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing ERP software company and move into software sales. They have grown 20% year on year for 5 years and now have around 165 people. They offer up to £32k basic with £5k commission, lots of training and mentoring, private health insurance, flexible working, gym membership, and extra holiday purchase scheme.
You will start off calling companies to find out if they are thinking of changing their software, and by working with the internal CRM system you will create a map of which companies use what software and then keep in touch with them until they are ready to buy. This ERP solution is the product that clients want in this niche market… they are the market leaders in the sector. So your job is the make the clients aware of what it can offer them so they know there is a reason to purchase it over competitor products. Often a client will find that every single feature of this software, is better than the product they are currently using - that's how good this is.
You will be part of a young vibrant team with lots of support and training. Successful people who have joined in sales have come from diverse areas such as B2B sales, recruitment, commercial sales, insurance, software sales, print equipment sales etc.
Who are you? You can use Microsoft Office and Teams, you are a stickler for keeping a CRM system up to date, and you are confident on the phone with lots of energy, positivity, and enthusiasm. You have the determination to keep going, you love developing relationships, you dig deep to find the right decision maker, you learn from a "no" and celebrate a "yes" and you want to build a long-term future in software sales. You are a brilliant listener and have the confidence to close the client and book appointments.
Your job will be to learn enough about the software product, to talk intelligently to clients about the benefits, gather information on the competitor products, research and resource new clients, adding them to the database and keeping in touch, generate leads though inbound and outbound calls, email campaigns, trade exhibitions and LinkedIn, as well following up leads from the marketing team, book appointments for the sales executives and work with them to follow up calls and manage their calendars.

The path here will lead you to become an experienced ERP Sales Executive earning a package of £100k plus, and this job is the first step on that ladder.
