We are looking for a switched-on Application Support Consultant who has prior experience either supporting accounting software, or property management software solutions, or perhaps has a background in IT support with bookkeeping or accounting skills, plus some decent technical skills and knowledge of SQL. Salary is up to £50k for the right skills, plus a full package of benefits.
This role is hybrid with 2 days each week in Milton Keynes, the whole team has 2 working days at the office together, to regroup, meet up and brainstorm. So you can live anywhere, as long as you are happy to go into Milton Keynes for two days each week. Of course, they are fully flexible, and you can spend as much time in the office as you want, if you prefer that environment!

The job is working as a key member of their global support team to provide first and second level analysis and support to stakeholders with property management and accounting software related problems. It also involves using SQL for investigating issues.
You will have previously worked in a 1st Line or 2nd Line Application Support role, helping clients or end users with their accounting or property management software problems, and troubleshooting systems issues, or you may have been in a more technical support role and have strong SQL. You will be responsible for managing incoming support calls and emails, investigating, and resolving issues using SQL queries, and escalating issues to the development team where appropriate, documenting results and ensuring SLA's and a high level of customer service is met.
Experience with accounting or property management software solutions such as MRI Qube or Horizon, Coda Dream, SunSystems, Xero, Exchequer, PS Financials, Yardi, Dynamics NAV, Sage 200, Kerridge K8, OpenAccounts, SAP Business One, Intact ERP, Pegasus Opera, BrightPearl, COINS, Pex or RealPage, Dynamics GP, Epicor, Access Dimensions, Tramps, Agresso, Pinewood, Sage 50, Sage Intacct, Infor or similar would be brilliant.
Or you may a Support Consultant with a more technical bent, who has IT support skills with SQL, and / or SQL Server, and some basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping or property management software.

Their software solution is flexible and user friendly and covers accounts, billing, invoicing, lettings, rents, inventory, sales & CRM, property management, asset management and much more.
