What they need is someone to do:
- Pre Sales consultancy
- demonstrations
- Scoping
- Working on the contracts and paperwork
- Hand over to Professional Services team
Your job will be to work with prospective clients helping the main sales guy to deliver great demonstrations, and answering questions on the functionality and scope of the product. Basically doing Pre Sales consultancy
You will then take clients through a discovery process and do scoping.
Your job is to make sure that the deals are sold with the right amount of Professional Services time to deliver the project. Then to pass them to the delivery team and let them do the Implementation.
You will need a strong background in ERP software covering:
Pre Sales consultancy
Demonstration
Discovery
Scoping
Your induction into this role will be:
- Joining the PS team on the Implementation of the product, to learn the scope of it,
- Talking some support calls
- Working with the product managers.
This role reports to the CEO and puts you in a great position to play a leadership role on the SMT, building up credibility and trust to further your career.
You will work remotely, (you must live in the UK ) as you will spend 1 or 2 days each month in London and as many client meetings as necessary although probably two f2f meetings per month is realistic.
