Training in Business Central / MS Dynamics
This busy application software support role would suit an adaptable, organised Support Analyst or Software Support Consultant, who knows Pegasus Opera software and wants a fully remote role, with a leading Pegasus Partner. It is work from home, anywhere in the UK. They have a friendly management team, they implement and support 2 different ERP and accounting software solutions, they look after their people very well and you will have a cheerful team of colleagues.
They are offering training in Business Central after 6 months and you will then do a joint role covering Opera and MS Dynamics BC support.
This Pegasus Opera Support job is with an award-winning software solutions company, who are resellers of both Opera and MS Dynamics . You will cover the full support of Pegasus Opera 3, Pegasus Opera II, Pegasus CIS, Capital Gold and XRL. Pegasus Opera accreditations would be a massive advantage.
Working in this busy support team you will help all your clients with Pegasus software queries and accounting / technical problems, advise them on what training is required within the business, and recommend better practices for their company and bespoke routines or modules which could help improve their business. You may also get involved in report building, data export, software upgrades and user documentation
