This busy application software support role would suit an adaptable, organised Support Analyst or Software Support Consultant, who knows accounting software like:
- Sage 50
- Xero
- Opera
- Exchequer
- SAP ByDesign
- SAP Business One
- Enapps
- Epicor
- WinMan
- IFS
- Sage X3 or
- Priority ERP,
If you any of those and do application support this role is fully remote role, with a leading Pegasus Partner. It is work from home, anywhere in the UK. They have a friendly management team, they implement and support 3 different ERP and accounting software solutions, they look after their people very well and you will have a cheerful team of colleagues.
They are offering training in Sage 200 immediately.
Working in this busy support team you will help all your clients with Sage 200 software queries and accounting / technical problems, advise them on what training is required within the business, and recommend better practices for their company and bespoke routines or modules which could help improve their business. You may also get involved in report building, data export, software upgrades and user documentation
